Working as a senior advisor on consultancy projects for european banks, focusing on governance issues (how to adjust to the ECB expectations on internal governance and outsourcing, board effectiveness review, board members competencies assessment, internal control framework effectiveness) and on operational model transformation (full review of the efficiency and effectiveness of support and control functions, benchmark, identification of the optimization levers and support for the implementation)

Accountable for the operational efficiency of the HR jobline, and for the HR transformation programme : processes and HR information systems standardization, monitoring of the global budget (410 million euros) and of the operational risks of the function.
